Speaking and understanding English can let a person more easily communicate with others and find more job opportunities not only in his or her home country, but around the world as well. There are also many professional informative publications printed in English, which means it is often an essential language for anyone working in science or research.<\/p><p>It is this aspect that the society had in mind while incorporating the iTEP program into the curriculum of students. The International Test of English Proficiency, iTEP, is an innovative, Internet-based English assessment tool developed by Boston Educational Services. The reasons why the society has chosen to collaborate with iTEP is:<\/p><ul><li>Convenience:<ul><li>iTEP exam is delivered over the Internet at secure certified iTEP Test Centers around the world. Students can schedule a testing date within three business days of contacting the test center.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Efficiency:<ul><li>The complete iTEP exam is administered in 90 minutes. Results are available within five business days.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Comprehensiveness:<ul><li>iTEP tests reading, listening, writing, speaking, and grammar. Unlike many exams, test-takers actually write and speak during the test.
