Personality Development Workshops

The Personality Development Programs conducted in our institution are oriented towards developing students into exceptional communicators, negotiators and eventually leaders. Irrespective of the industry chosen for work, the basic skills required to do the job in a professional environment stay the same, that’s why it is important for students to learn, excel and hone communication and leadership skills. Personality Development includes multiple aspects like Time Management, Goal Setting, Observation Skills, Motivation Techniques, Memory Improvement Training, Effective Listening, and Positive Forces and manners in public places and telephone etiquette.

With a large pool of applicants with the same degrees, companies are looking for ways to differentiate “employable graduates” from “work in progress students”. The biggest factor in this differentiation is the personality of the applicant, which in turn determines your capability to contribute from day one. The main goal of our personality development initiative is to provide students with a cohesive and integrated Personality Development Program which:

• Improves communication and leadership skills of the students.
• Complements the academic program and the student’s long-term career objectives.
• Is innovative and of the highest quality possible.
• Is diverse and flexible enough to meet the changing needs of the marketplace.
• Is successful and continuously monitored for improvements.

For these purposes, the college has invited several eminent speakers to deliver talks to our students and enrich their knowledge of their own personalities so that they may be able to improve themselves and prove to be a worthy young population upon the completion of their course with our society. We also provide Skill Training Programs like Aptitude Tests, English Speaking Training with iTEP Certification course, Communication Skills, etc.

MES ensures that, though our students hail from rural areas that are backward in educational and technological aspects, after passing out from our institution, they will be well equipped with all the life skills necessary to make it big in the corporate world. Personality Development programs are conducted at a subsidized fees, through its various partners, to develop communication skills, language skills, interview skills and other soft skills for personal effectiveness, which takes the students to a whole new world of Behavioral Sciences, thus helping them advance in this extremely competitive world.
